About this course
This practical course teaches business administration through a real enterprise resource planning environment. Learners first understand ERP concepts and how core business processes connect, then work through Odoo navigation, users, configuration and major functional areas. The course covers CRM and sales, purchasing and inventory, accounting and invoicing, employee and HR processes, dashboards and reporting. It then connects the modules through end-to-end workflows such as lead-to-payment and purchase-to-vendor-payment. Industry examples show how ERP can support real estate, construction, retail, restaurants, laundry and service businesses, manufacturing and other operations. The goal is to understand both the software and the business logic behind an organized, integrated company.
