About this course
This course applies general English skills to professional and workplace situations. Learners build workplace vocabulary and professional tone before practicing emails, letters, memos, meetings, telephone calls and video communication. The course develops presentation and public-speaking language, negotiation and persuasive communication, and the ability to write reports, proposals, instructions and simple business documents. A final career section covers CV language, cover letters, interview communication, professional introductions, networking and early workplace communication. The course is designed to help learners communicate more clearly and confidently with colleagues, customers, managers and professional contacts in English.
