About this course

This course develops the Microsoft Office and workplace productivity skills used across businesses, government, NGOs and professional environments. Learners work with Microsoft 365 file workflows before developing strong Word skills for professional documents. Excel receives special focus, covering formulas, functions, data management, charts, PivotTables, dashboards and practical business reporting. The course also includes PowerPoint presentations, Outlook email and calendar management, Teams collaboration, OneDrive, SharePoint basics, Forms, task tools, PDFs and integrated digital workflows. A final project brings several applications together so learners practice completing realistic workplace tasks rather than learning each tool in isolation.

What you will learn
